The Department of Radiology is an essential field in patient care, utilizing various imaging modalities—including plain X-rays invented by Wilhelm Röntgen, contrast fluoroscopy, and rapidly advancing technologies such as ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)—to diagnose the condition of the human body.
